The new VWC, provided by a generous grant from Volunteer Tennessee, serves as a resource for all Williamson County residents and all Williamson County nonprofit agencies. With a single contact, individuals in search of one-time volunteer projects or on-going, volunteer positions can be linked to available openings. For 2011 Volunteer Williamson County helped to coordinate 4,343 volunteer hours and engaged 715 volunteers.
